Simple Trucking Insure is the business name used by Jonathan Garcia, an independent licensed insurance producer in Texas, Ohio, and Florida only (TX Lic. #3528791 · OH Lic. #1774808 · FL Lic. #W443881). We do not claim to be licensed in every state. Jonathan Garcia is not an insurance company. Carriers that may be asked to quote are separate companies.

Nothing on this website binds coverage or promises that a carrier will quote or accept a risk. A quote request, a phone call, or a text does not issue a policy. Eligibility, price, forms, and filings depend on underwriting, the information you provide, and the law that applies. If a policy is issued, that policy — not these pages — controls the coverage.

Forms ask for name, phone, optional email, and business or truck details such as DOT or MC, units, radius, and cargo. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. How we use that information is described in the Privacy Policy.

If we send you a link to photograph a driver's license, uploading that photo is part of asking for a commercial auto quote. Send a license only if it is yours or you are allowed to send it. What we collect from that photo, who we share it with, and how to ask for deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.

Simple Trucking Insure may send text messages about a trucking insurance quote to the mobile number you give us when you submit a form or text 813-690-3638. The program is quote follow-up from Jonathan Garcia. It is not a marketing list, and it is not a condition of getting a quote or buying a policy.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jonathan Garcia and Simple Trucking Insure are not liable for damages from your use of the site, from reliance on general descriptions posted here, or from a quote or policy being unavailable. Mobile carriers are not liable for the text-message program.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where an insurance law of another state requires otherwise for a policy or a quote in that state.
