Privacy Policy

Jonathan Garcia is an independent licensed insurance producer in Texas, Ohio, and Florida (TX Lic. #3528791 · OH Lic. #1774808 · FL Lic. #W443881). This website collects quote-request information so a licensed producer can follow up. We do not claim to be licensed in every state.

If you request a quote, we may collect:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address, if you choose to give one
• Business and truck information, such as DOT or MC number, number of units, operating radius, and cargo
• Optional notes you type into a form

You may share the same kinds of details if you call 407-704-6199 or text 813-690-3638.

We use this information to quote coverage with insurance carriers and to follow up with you about that quote. That includes:

• Reviewing the operation and requesting quotes from carriers and other insurance markets
• Calling or texting you about the quote at the number you provide
• Emailing you only if you gave an email address
• Keeping records related to the request

Submitting a form does not bind coverage or guarantee that a carrier will offer a quote.

Jonathan Garcia, doing business as Simple Trucking Insure, may text you a link to photograph a driver's license for a commercial auto quote. That page can collect:

• The photo or PDF you scan or upload
• Fields read from that image to fill the quote: name, address, date of birth, license number, license state, class, issue and expiration dates, endorsements, restrictions, and sex
• If you photograph the barcode on the back, the barcode text, so those same fields can be filled

A Social Security number is not saved, even if one is printed in a barcode. The photo and these fields are used to quote and place commercial auto insurance. We do not sell the photo or the license information.

When a quote or a policy needs it, we share the information with insurance carriers, managing general agents, and wholesalers. The photo and the quote file are stored for us by Supabase in a private bucket that is not a public page. To read the card, the photo is sent through Vercel AI Gateway to Anthropic (Claude) or Google (Gemini). This website is hosted on Vercel. We do not use your license photo to train a model of our own.

The date of birth and the full license number saved on the quote are encrypted before they are stored. The last four characters of the license number are kept so the file can show a masked number. The photo file is the image you uploaded. We do not run a separate encryption step on the image itself. The other fields from the read are stored in the same private quote record. The upload is sent to this site over HTTPS. We do not write the date of birth or the license number into server logs.

We keep the photo and the fields with the quote file while we need them to quote, place, or service coverage, and for insurance recordkeeping. There is no separate automatic deletion date. To ask us to delete the photo and the fields read from it, email jon.garcia.a@gmail.com or call 407-704-6199.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

If you text us or submit a form, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Simple Trucking Insure about your quote at the number provided, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. See the Terms for the message program.

To get quotes, we share business and truck information with insurance carriers, managing general agents, surplus-lines brokers, or other licensed insurance partners only as needed to request those quotes. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile opt-in data or text-message consent with those partners or with any other third party for their own marketing.

We may disclose information if required by law, a lawful request, or to protect the rights and safety of people using this site.

The hosting platform may set cookies needed to run and secure the site. The quote landing page may load a Google Ads tag when a conversion ID is configured. That tag can set advertising cookies and measure quote requests that start from an ad. We do not sell cookie data.

We use the Meta pixel on our public pages to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform, like page visits and quote requests. Meta may set cookies and get basic browser details under Meta's privacy policy. The pixel does not run on our client portal. To opt out, change your Facebook ad settings, block third-party cookies in your browser, or use a tracker blocker.

Quote details are kept as long as needed to follow up, shop markets, honor a STOP request, and meet insurance recordkeeping expectations. Opt-out records are kept so we do not text a number that has opted out. You can ask us to stop follow-up by calling 407-704-6199 or by replying STOP to a text.
